To prevent wasting too much beer, then a bath of warm water will be just as relaxing and have the same effects as beer baths do.

This is a great way to express yourself through art. Painting with your fingers gives you the opportunity to show your creative side. There are no expectations or restrictions. Placing plants on your desk at work or at home can be very beneficial to health. Your work area will have a natural beauty around it, and they will also reduce stress. Not only that, studies have shown that they can also lower blood pressure.

8. Eat Stress-Relief Super Foods.

Did you know that food can also reduce stress? Foods good for this include: oatmeal, asparagus, oranges, avocado, dark chocolate, eggs, almonds, pumpkin seeds, milk, mango and salmon. Most of these contain vitamins E, B2 or C. Omega-3 is also included. These vitamins can help you to relax and calm your hormones.

9. Blow Balloons.

If stressed, you will probably experience shorter breaths than normal. Blowing up a balloon can help individuals relax. Once you have done this, your breathing should return to normal again. Your muscles will also relax and your heart rate may also be reduced.

10. Reward Yourself.

Rewarding yourself is a great way to help reduce stress and pressure you may be experiencing. It does not matter what you have accomplished. Encouraging and rewarding yourself will give you that boost you may just need.

Meditation has many health benefits. In terms of reducing stress, doing this daily will give you a good level of control and self awareness. This will soon remove stress.
